Shipping policy

All orders are shipped after 1-3 days of being processed 

Processing time may take 1-2 days 

Before completing the checkout process, PLEASE make sure that the required shipping information has been typed correctly in all forms. Packages that are shipped out with the wrong address, missing apartment number, etc. are NOT our responsibility. Additionally, once the package(s) has been dispatched, we will not refund clients for entering wrong addresses for any reason.

It is BEST to leave a shipping phone number during checkout so we can get in touch with you in the unlikely event that we need to confirm or get more information before releasing your item. If you are required to provide an email address, please make sure you check it often so we can contact you as soon as possible, should the need arise.

You will receive your order later if you don't reply to our texts or emails within a reasonable amount of time. In the event that we inquire further and receive no response within a two-day period, your order will be reimbursed.
